Description

On arm64 & Sequoia, I'm seeing ruby33 builds fail: 

configure:9664: checking whether it is Android
  configure:9681: /usr/bin/clang -c -pipe -I/opt/local/libexec/openssl3/include
  -Os -isysroot/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX15.sdk  -arch arm6

  conftest.c:38:3: error: Not android
