Description
As far as I can tell, a DOCTYPE that asks for "DocBook XML v4.2" cannot be built with "DocBook XML v4.3" entities. For example, the current asciidoc package supplies a docbook.conf that sets up a DocBook XML 4.2 DOCTYPE. After I edited it to "4.3", the xmlcatalog utility was able to resolve the resource (but xmlto still cannot). But this kind of hack is not acceptable.
I conclude that DarwinPorts should supply and support multiple coexisting versions of DocBook.
