Description
Markdown is a text-to-HTML filter; it translates an easy-to-read / easy-to-write structured text format into HTML. Markdown's text format is most similar to that of plain text email, and supports features such as headers, *emphasis*, code blocks, blockquotes, and links.
I created a port of Markdown to satisfy the dependency of ikiwiki.

The Portfile should note the homepage, but does the 1.0.3 version indicated in the Portfile differ from the current 1.0.1 release? Should SmartyPants be added as well, since it usually goes hand-in-hand with Markdown?

I took this from CPAN, not from the home page. And SmartyPants is not required for ikiwiki.

Looks like there is no relationship between Gruber's script and this port. Committed. Thanks!
