[PATCH] New mtr upstream release and additional master_site

Description

There's a new 0.72 release of mtr out.

Also, a company I am aware of doesn't allow FTP access so MacPorts is unable to download the tarball. I put up a copy of the tarball at my own site and added it to the master_sites.

I can do the commit to the Portfile if you want me to.

The port owner didn't respond within 72 hours, so I made the commit per

The change went in as r20197.

I'll close this ticket when I get additional Trac rights :)
