Python 2.5 port should have a few dependencies

Description
The current python25 port has no port dependencies. At all. Now, since Python 2.5 has the sqlite3 module in its standard lib, I guess it should at least have the sqlite3 port as a dependency, for example. And this probably also applies to other core libraries used in python, like zlib or openssl and such.

Done. Reopen if you experience any missing dependency. It should be fine though. Also tk is now a variant (was always disabled before).
Note: See

tickets.
True, will check for missing deps.
