work-around (new location):
sudo wget -O /opt/local/var/db/dports/distfiles/dokuwiki/dokuwiki-2004-11-02.tgz "http://www.splitbrain.org/_media/projects/dokuwiki/dokuwiki-2004-11-02.tgz?id=projects%3Adokuwiki&cache=cache"
(assuming /opt/local/ path)

Changed master sites. Thanks! This port desperately needs updating, but the port will need some tweakiing to do that so it awaits someone to submit a patch for it on a new ticket.
