Description
Minor Tweaks to make Sip install agian. Riverbank removed the old download. Appears that this stil works on intel and PPC.

py-sip is now updated.

this version is now python24 independant and will build with python24 or python25 automatically depending on which is in the user's path as 'python' first. In theory, this will also build agains a custom installed python as well.
