Description
This is on an Intel Mac running 10.4.8 and the latest rsynced version of MacPorts. The attachment shows how compilation fails. It seems to want to build for the x86_64 architecture and the odcctools don't provide an assembler for that.

Specifying the configure flag `--disable-multilib' makes gcc42 build and run, but obviously gcc42 can't be used to build universal binaries with this flag.

I can't reproduce this bug anymore with the latest version of MacPorts and an up-to-date port collection, so this bug can be closed.
