I think "Get Help" should be changed to "Get Involved". The mailing lists and IRC channel aren't only for people who have problems. And along with that suggestion I think the current "Get Help" page should have the bugzilla mailing list added to it (maybe with a recommendation that potential new committers/contributors join that first to see what needs to be done).
