Description
A new version of FFTW. Since interfaces between versions 2 and 3 are incompatible, it deserves another port.

Port fftw-3 (note the dash) already exists. I'm not sure why it has a dash in the name; seems like "fftw3" would have been a better name. I could change its name and directory, but I don't know what that does for all the people who already installed it under the old name.
I made you the port's maintainer. Please feel free to submit any patches against that port that you feel are necessary.
I can make you the maintainer of the fftw port as well if you like. Let me know.
