BUG: Broken checksum on libxslt

The checksum seems to be wrong in the portfile for libxslt version 1.1.20. I hand downloaded it from another mirror and computed a 3rd checksum, so i'm not sure which is correct. However, clearly the one in the portfile is invalid.
