Portfile patch for version 1.5.4 with some minor changes. With this Portfile there is no need for the old patch files.

Thanks, updated in r39127. I had to change master_sites since the file isn't in the normal SF mirror system for some reason. I also changed the post-destroot so that only the sample config file is owned by the port, and the real config file won't be overwritten on upgrade.
