setting
- CPPFLAGS=-I${prefix}/include
- LDFLAGS=-L${prefix}/lib
is no longer required due to:
as a result, these flags can and should be removed from the ports that currently specify them as soon as the above changes have been released to the public. i'll attach patches for ports that have proven to work once the (CPP|LD)FLAGS are removed from configure.env.
everybody running the very latest version from the trunk is encouraged to help in adding patches.
