Description
This needs a little fine tuning probably, but here are modified portstartupitem.tcl and portdestroot.tcl (complete and patches) that add:
startupitem.inetdcompat startupitem.inetdcompat.socketsvcname startupitem.inetdcompat.nowait

Modified patches so theonly added keywords are startupitem.inetdsockname & startupitem.inetdwait. But daemondo doesn't seem to work with inetdcompatibility so this really won't work like this and would probably require more base work.

I'm closing this as invalid. There is a helper program called launchproxy that is involved with inetdcompatibility and this will be tougher than I thought.

Added comments. Forgot to check replace box for portdestroot.tcl, but the earlier one is defunct.
