I've updated the mutt-devel Portfile to the new mutt version 1.5.15. The smtp variant has been updated too but i didn't update all the other variants since I don't need them.

The smtp block hasn't been dropped but simplified

i think you havent tested this.

mutt moved from CVS to Mercurial. 1.5.15 doesnt have SMTP. only TIP does.

You were right but now I've tested it and it works OOTB with mutt-1.5.15.

O.k. this may be right. But the cvs version is from 20061122 where mutt-1.5.15 is much newer so where is the reason for using this old cvs vesion?

if you are going to remove the cvs codeblock then replace it with it's functional equivalent?

the idea is to take control of a Portfile, you dont just update the parts you use..

either remove CVS or replace it i guess.
