BUG: openvpn2 will now fail to build do to fix of lzo2 header location

The fixing of the bug reported in #11604 (incorrect install location of lzo2 headers) means that the post-patch step in openvpn2 Portfile now needs to be removed, otherwise configure and build will fail to locate the lzo2 headers. Yunzheng Hu provided a patch for this in an attachement to ticket #11604, which is consistent with the fix for that ticket applied in r25465.

Hey guys, as I have both lzo and lzo2 installed, I noticed the following things:

1. lzo2 hasn't been revision-bumped. I believe it should be.
2. /opt/local/share/doc/lzo/LZO.FAQ is installed by both ports. Could you please make it use /opt/local/share/doc/lzo2 or something like that?
