Sorry to dribble out these recommendations. I guess I was in a hurry when I looked at this before. See what you think of the attached portfile. I used "file copy" because it is more efficient than shelling out, and also the preference is to use MP libraries so generally that ought to be the default option. So I put in a variant to use Apple's postfix. But none of this is written in stone; there are always exceptions. So tell me your thoughts.
