name tidy version 20031002
The checksum for the source download is out of date. download new source from
http://tidy.sourceforge.net/src/tidy_src.tgz
and run md5 on it.

we can't go after a moving target, so my proposal would be to use the non-moving version of the sources; Portfile-diff: http://wwwcip.informatik.uni-erlangen.de/~simrweis/dports/tidy/Portfile.diff (this contains no version change but ONLY a new location for the sources)

I just updated the port to the Nov. 1 snapshot and added /old to master_sites so it will still be fetchable when the version changes.
