Description (last modified by jmpalacios (Juan Manuel Palacios))
I have a MacBook (intel; 2GHz) and have installed MacPorts in order to install AFNI. I have the most recent version of MacPorts (1.5); after selfupdating. Here's what I get when trying to install AFNI:
[net-144-147:~/Desktop] quintino% csh update_mri_ports.txt Fetching ports trees... MD5 checksums OK. Unpacking... Creating software index in /opt/local/MacPorts_MRI couldn't open "/opt/local/MacPorts_MRI/PortIndex": permission denied while executing "open [file join $outdir PortIndex] w" invoked from within "set fd [open [file join $outdir PortIndex] w]" (file "/opt/local/bin/portindex" line 204) You can now install any of the ports added above using: sudo nice port install <portname>. Any ideas?
Much appreciated, Quintino

Hi,
after some search I found [one][]. Even if the md5 sum is not the same I think it's the file we are looking for. We should upload it to the macports server so it can be used.
After changing the Portfile a bit it build fine for me.
I attached the distfile and a patch for the Portfile. But I don't know how to specify that it should load it from macports, please add this to my patch.
Hope this helps, Simon
