Description

The master download site listed for libmad (​ftp://ftp.mars.org/) appears to be refusing connections. The library is also available from sourceforge.

Instead of removing the other master_site with the sourceforge version we should just add it as fallback: 

-master_sites	ftp://ftp.mars.org/pub/mpeg/
+master_sites	ftp://ftp.mars.org/pub/mpeg/ \
+  sourceforge:mad
