Description
Running port 1.510 on OS 10.4.10 (did selfupdate August 13). I got:
% sudo port install tripwire
---> Fetching tripwire ---> Attempting to fetch tw-20030919.patch.gz from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/tripwire ---> Attempting to fetch tw-20030919.patch.gz from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/general/ ---> Attempting to fetch tw-20030919.patch.gz from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/downloads/tripwire Error: Target org.macports.fetch returned: fetch failed Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, or what this error means.

The download was fixed in the version update to 2.4.1.2.

You're doing nothing wrong. The port is simply years outdated and is now broken because it can't locate a file it needs to download.
Rather than trying to track down the file, the port should be updated to the current version, 2.4.1.2. However, the port has no maintainer, so it's unlikely to get updated until someone who cares about the software updates it. If you would like to be that person, your contribution would be appreciated. Documentation about MacPorts is in the process of being written and can currently be accessed here.
