nessus-core nessus-libraries nessus-plugins
The port seems to have 3 problems. 'port uninstall' has no effect on the ports and logging into the via the nessus client seems to take 3 to 5 minutes when the plug-ins are installed. Also, if the plug-ins are installed the scan ends 1 to 2 seconds after start with no output.

Marking as 'invalid' as bug is now old, nessus is now at 2.0.12 and is functioning for me on Mac OS X 10.3.5. -eric
