Description

I noticed gimp2 port (@2.3.19_0+gnome+python) don't install svg plugin. Then I look over the Portfile, to find description of gnome variants has something wrong. 

configure.args-append   --without-gtkhtml2 \

should be 

configure.args-delete   --without-gtkhtml2 \

The concerned part of the Portfile has been corrected in "gimp2 2.4.0-r1".
