dbus port installation seems broken

Excerpt from the command port -d install dbus :

# ls  /opt/local/var/lib/dbus/
ls: /opt/local/var/lib/dbus/: No such file or directory
# ls  /opt/local/var/lib/     
ls: /opt/local/var/lib/: No such file or directory

Running a: mkdir -p /opt/local/var/lib/dbus seems to get the port install up and running again
