The doxygen port should be updated to ​1.5.3 (released 27-7-2007).

Ooops, it turned out that I didn't install the MacPorts 1.5.2 base after building it. Duh. The doxygen build is working now after the upgrade fixed the above error from libpng ... if all goes well, I'll commit the update.
