Summary: Coin 2.4.6 - bad checksum → BUG: Coin 2.4.6 - bad checksum

It looks like an error on my end. The original submitted ticket #11886 included the correct checksum, so perhaps I performed an incorrect checksum on my end. The SIM distribution site marks the file as not having changed since April 10, so this looks like a goof on my part. I'll fix the checksum and commit.
