It would be useful if fetched distfiles got the remote/original timestamp, instead of today.

I've applied the pextlib/curl feature of --remote-time, awaiting some feedback before changing portfetch.tcl...

Good thing I waited, too, since --remote-time was broken... But fixed now, in r29332.

Nope, it wasn't the header output that was wrong - it was a curl 7.13.1 bug:

So --remote-time was disabled again in r32801 after being enabled in r32722.

Workaround for Tiger added in r34418 (and r34422)...
