I can see the Portfile I submitted has been changed to include "Build Dependencies: p5-getopt-long". This dependency fails to install on the two systems I have tested it. But why has the dependency been added to the Portfile I submitted? - as far as the documentation on Text-CSV_XS-0.31 goes, it is not required? - and the Portfile I made originally without it, works like a charm.

Yes, you're right! my hand slipped, sorry. Fixed in r30658.
