NesC programming language

Description

This port aims at adding the nesc programming language to the repository. NesC is a programming language for wireless sensor networks. I am submitting a port for TinyOS as well for wireless sensor networks in another ticket. For this reason (and for future ports), I wonder whether a "wsn" port category would be good.

The port has been tested on a fresh machine, and fresh install of MacPorts (1.5.2), under Mac OS X 10.4.

Use of "fetch.type cvs" is to be avoided if at all possible. I see that they're distributing a tar.gz archive of version 1.2.9 at their SourceForge project page. Is that the same as the 1.29 CVS tag you're downloading? If so, please have the portfile use the tar.gz archive instead.

The portfile now fetches directly the tarball from Sourceforge.

Added in r32905, thanks. Since its a compiler I placed it in lang/ not devel/.

Don't have time to thoroughly look at ToyOS right now, sorry.
