Description
The new guide currently lacks a section describing the portmgr team, its members & duties and how to contact it. This ticket is a request to guide authors for such section to be written and not a contribution, as I currently don't have a working patch to offer with the needed content. Will attach it here for review if I put it together, though. Thanks!
