Description
When installing binutils (port install binutils), I got the following warning output:
Warning: violation by /opt/local/powerpc-apple-darwin8.10.0 Warning: binutils violates the layout of the ports-filesystems! Warning: Please fix or indicate this misbehavior (if it is intended), it will be an error in future releases!
It looks like the install worked anyway.

It is intentional that this port violates the mtree. The port was updated to indicate that this is intentional in r30690.
