freeciv-2.1.1 does not correctly fetch patch-configure.diff

Description
Last change in freeciv Portfile makes fetch process to fail. At least on my system (MacOS X 10.4.10 PPC), it tries to fetch patch-configure.diff from: http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/freeciv and then from: http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/general/ and finally stops with a Bus error.
I suppose some patch_sites is missing, but as I do not have bind9 I'm installing using a local portfile removing last change, which bypasses the problem.

I'm not the maintainer, but it looks like the patchfiles directive in the Portfile doesn't like the curly braces. I just put it on one line, and the thing seem to be better. Perhaps if multiple lines are needed in this section eventually, you could just use a backslash.
