Description
There is already a "py-texml" port: http://py-texml.darwinports.com/ for TeXML 1.20. But TeXML is changed a lot in the version two, and the old port is of no sense now. Also, I'm removing the prefix "py-" because the goal of the port is to have the program "texml", not Python libraries.

I assume the reason you wrote your email address weirdly in the portfile is that you wanted to obfuscate it to reduce spam. We have an existing obfuscation technique in MacPorts which I have applied to the portfile instead.
I committed the new portfile in r32282. Thanks!
