Does this depends on nagios? Should one install nagios-plugins first? (see bug 1367)
Also, it lacks a long description and the creation of nagios users (if it doesn't depends on nagios-plugins, that is) like bug 1367.
Finally, you probably want to change system install to xinstall.

nagios depends: it could as nrpe(1/2) contains a nagios plugins and a daemon to place on remote/local box to be monitored
nagios-plugins depends: could also, not necessary, but nrpe could do little without
users: i ask on darwinports@ for policy about.
xinstall : why ??? i have no xinstall in my 10.3.2 + dports, nor openbsd 3.4
