apr0 need to be updated. This has already been reported in #13251.

Also, the list of URLs for the apache mirror sites should include the archive so that older versions can still be downloaded. I'll fix that in this ticket.

Added archive URL to mirror sites in trunk in r32741. But you won't see it until a new version of MacPorts is released, or you build it yourself from trunk.
