Gnome does not count control-center as a dependency

Description
Is this normal? It results in a broken gnome installation unless the user installs the control-center manually...

This is the expected behaviour and it is what we must do untill we have a metaport, this is explained on http://opendarwin.org/~olegb/GnomeGuide/gnomeguide.html.
