gecko-sharp has a variant "macosx-framework". The hyphen isn't a valid character in variant names; see #14141 and #14147. May I change the variant name to "macosx_framework"?

No response from maintainer, so I committed the variant name change in r38810, and also gave it a description (moved from a comment in the portfile).
