stardict uses illegal variant name with-gnome

stardict has a variant named "with-gnome" but the hyphen is not a valid character in variant names; see #14141 and #14147. May I rename the variant to "with_gnome"?

No response from maintainer in (considerably) more than 72 hours, so I'll go ahead without his approval. The variant name was changed from "gnome" to "with-gnome" in r16121; I've hereby undone that and changed it back to "gnome" in r36518. We don't want all our variants to begin with "with" or "without".
