Description
New Portfile for RabbitMQ 1.2.0, depending on erlang.
There's one known problem: the startupitem's stop command seems to stop the server and then start it again! I couldn't find out what was happening in the time I had available, but I will return to it - alternatively, if anyone can see what the problem might be, please comment here.

The rabbitmq-server-1_2_0-1_3_0.diff attachment allowed me to install rabbitmq-server.

Note that I didn't check on the startupitem issue. Please open a new ticket to fix that if it's still a problem with 1.3.
