Description
port tries to get deluge from
---> Attempting to fetch deluge-0.5.8.1.tar.gz from http://download.deluge-torrent.org/index.php?dir=tarball/0.5.8.1/&file=
which is the wrong url. it should get it from http://download.deluge-torrent.org/source/0.5.8.3/ (or 0.5.8.1, if you want the older one, etc)
