boost doesnt build

The new path should be shorter.

system "install_name_tool -id ${prefix}/lib/${lib} ${lib}"

should be limited to the library name:

set libtail [file tail ${lib}]
system "install_name_tool -id ${prefix}/lib/${libtail} ${lib}"
