Update: postfix 2.0.17 with Panther fix

Description
postfix won't compile on Panther. It cannot find some dns-related symbols. I have updated it to 2.0.17 and I provide a patch that makes it work on Panther (at least on my friend's G5)

New diff for portfile & patch that includes addition of .turd files and use of xinstall and ui_msg about configuration files.

The same, but setting the default on Panther to hash:/etc/aliases instead of netinfo.

Instead of #including the bind8_compat.h directly, it's probably better to #define BIND_8_COMPAT.
