The Portfile attached to this ticket if for a new port - p5-pmtools. The source tarball can be download from CPAN or one of its mirrors (​http://search.cpan.org/dist/pmtools/).

Hi,

I really would like to have this collection of perl scripts available as a port (p5-pmtools). What more do I need to do? I have already included a Portfile [1]. Am I missing something? Do I need a sponsor to become a contributer?
