Description
Would be good to also install wcgrep and svnmerge into ${prefix}/bin. Also, build mucc only if +tools is selected. See attached patch.

Committed the mucc change in r34473.
I don't really like the idea of linking the tools into ${prefix}/bin, but I could maybe be convinced otherwise. (Especially since svnmerge will probably go away soon as its functionality is absorbed into subversion).
