Changed /opt/local to ${prefix}. Yes, I'm sure about /etc and not ${prefix}/etc. The software installs files into /etc/wview and /var/wview.

Ports should never install to /etc or /var directly. They are supposed to use ${prefix}/etc, e.g. /opt/local/etc instead.

Please adjust your portfile to have etc and var in $prefix as well. Create patchfiles when it's not doable by configure arguments.

I'm working with the developer to see if there's a way to install in ${prefix}/etc and ${prefix}/var without breaking the software. At this point, I'm not sure the software will run with the config files in a different location.

Thanks to the developer's efforts, wview now honors ${prefix} for installation in ${prefix}/etc and ${prefix}/var.
Also added some new features, so the version number has been bumped to 3.7.0
Let me know if there are any other issues with the portfile.

I haven't heard anything about this portfile for wview3.7.0, so I was wondering if I need to create a new ticket?
