gtkwave: patch-fonts.c missing

r33642 updated gtkwave to 3.1.4 and added a reference to "patch-fonts.c" to the portfile, but that patchfile wasn't added to the repository so you get:

$ sudo port fetch gtkwave

r34827 should have fixed this, in addition to bumping the version to 3.1.6. What version of the portfile do you have?

Fixed upstream quite a while ago. The patch is no longer required.
