racoon fails to build, with patch errors

On a leopard intel mac mini, sudo port build racoon yields:

Sorry I haven't used this port for ages, not really in a position to fix it either.

Would like to offer maintainership.

Looks like racoon has morphed to ipsec-tools on (primarily?) Linux and also BSD.
