Description
port edit need EDITOR environment variable to be set. I think it is much better to have default editor.

Choice of editor is a polarizing subject - many a holy war has been fought over, e.g. vim vs emacs. Picking a default editor, especially one as crappy as pico, is a bad idea, especially because the people most likely to not have EDITOR already set will probably want a GUI editor.
