#1475 closed defect (fixed)
R_HOME_DIR is not set properly in ${prefix}/lib/R/bin/R in the R port.

Description
R_HOME_DIR needs to be reinplaced in both ${prefix}/bin/R and ${prefix}/lib/R/bin/R. Presently this is only being done in ${prefix}/bin/R.

In general, if the files that a port installs change, the revision number needs to be bumped. Also, please submit unidiffs (diff -u), rather than full Portfiles.
