Cannot configure yelp -required by gnucash-docs

When trying to install gnucash-docs, yelp fails to install/configure.

I think its related to a dependancy issue, but I cannot determine which dependancy is causing the problem. It shows a message "No package 'rarian' found" but it is already installed!

Any suggestions?
